Refund Policy

At TUNG VU ATELIER, every piece is crafted with meticulous attention and refined artistry. As our designs are produced in limited quantities and finished with couture-level precision, refunds are offered only under specific circumstances.

General Policy

We are unable to offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect sizing
    (We encourage you to consult our size guide or contact us for assistance prior to purchasing.)
  • Custom-made or personalized pieces
  • Sale or promotional items

Measurement Notice

  • Please take measurements precisely and close to the skin.
  • Our atelier will incorporate ease and comfort into the final garment.
  • We cannot take responsibility for inaccurate measurements provided by the client.

When Refunds Are Accepted

A refund may be approved if:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective
  • An incorrect item is received

In such cases, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Refunds will be processed only after the item has been returned and reviewed by our team.

Refund Method & Processing Time

  • Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.
  • Once approved, please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the issue is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Alterations

We are pleased to offer alteration services to ensure your garment achieves the ideal balance
between comfort and silhouette.

Alteration Fees

  • Simple adjustments (taking in or letting out): Complimentary
  • Complex adjustments (hemline modification, sleeve alterations, component replacement): Quoted individually based on the craftsmanship required

Processing time: 7–10 days from the date we receive your item.

How to Request an Alteration

Please reach out via email or WhatsApp with:

  • Your order confirmation
  • Photos of the garment
  • A brief description of the adjustment you require

Shipping Fees

Clients are responsible for all shipping costs — both to and from the atelier — when sending items for alterations.
A trackable shipping method is recommended to ensure safe handling.
