Exchanges & Returns
At TUNGVU ATELIER, we take great pride in the craftsmanship of each garment. Every piece is thoughtfully created to bring you confidence and elegance. However, if your order isn’t quite right, we are happy to assist with an exchange or return under the following conditions:
1. Eligibility
- Requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn, unused and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Custom-made or altered pieces are not eligible for exchange or return.
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. How to Request

Kindly include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item(s) if damaged or incorrect
- A brief description of your concern
Once your request is approved, we will provide the return instructions. Items must be shipped back within 7 business days of approval.
3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your item reaches us safely.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive an item that is damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt.
- We will cover the return shipping fee and offer either a replacement or full refund, depending on your preference and item availability.
5. Important Notes
- Items returned without prior approval may be declined.
- We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above conditions.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original payment method, and processing time may vary based on your bank or provider.
