At TUNGVU ATELIER, each creation is carefully designed and handcrafted with precision. Due to the exclusive nature of our pieces, we only offer refunds under specific circumstances, as outlined below.

1. General Policy

We do not offer refunds for:

  • change of mind
  • incorrect sizing (please refer to our size guide or contact us before placing your order)
  • custom-made or personalized items
  • items purchased on sale or during promotional events

We kindly ask that you consider your purchase carefully, and reach out to us in advance with any questions about fit, style, or materials.

2. When Refunds Are Accepted

A refund may be issued if:

  • The item is defective or damaged upon arrival
  • You received the wrong item
  • Your order is cancelled before shipment (upon written request)

In such cases, please contact us within 24 hours upon receipt of your item.

Refunds will only be processed after the returned item is received and reviewed.

3. Refund Method and Processing Time

  • Refunds are issued to the original method of payment only.
  • Once approved, please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
